Tim Pearson founded Top Hat Espresso Catering in 2012, bringing high-end espresso service to venues ranging from ballrooms to backyards and schoolrooms to executive suites.

In 2021, he launched Top Hat Coffee Lounge to establish permanent locations in and around Philadelphia. Today, we operate two thriving coffee shops—one in the lobby of Two Bala Plaza and another at 3131 Walnut Street. Our mission is to blend top-quality coffee with exceptional service, creating spaces that foster community, comfort, and joy.
